Privacy Policy

MorshedWorx ("we") runs MorshedWorx Voice, an AI phone receptionist for businesses. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

  • Information you type on this site: phone number, business name, area, and the setup form.
  • Calls with our AI receptionist: audio recordings, transcripts, and call details such as time, length, and phone numbers.
  • Your account: name, email, mobile number (for sign-in codes, signing in by phone and call alerts you turn on), the people you invite to your team, and a log of sign-ins and changes made in your account.
  • Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Analytics and advertising data: pages viewed, buttons tapped, the ad or website that brought you (for example UTM tags and ad click IDs), your IP address and browser type, collected with our own first-party cookies and with cookies and pixels from Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager), Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, X and Nextdoor when we advertise there. These tags run only on our public website, never inside your account.

How we use it

  • To run demo calls you request, to text you a one-time verification code, and to email you a checkout link if you ask for one.
  • To keep your account secure, including texting you a sign-in code.
  • To set up and operate the receptionist for your business, including sending you call summaries.
  • To improve call quality and fix problems.
  • To measure our advertising: we tell ad platforms when someone they showed an ad to visits, asks for a demo, calls our demo line or becomes a customer, so we only pay for ads that work. When we send an email address or phone number for this, it is hashed (scrambled one way) first.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with the service providers that make the product work (voice AI, telephony and SMS, payments, hosting), with advertising platforms as described above, and when the law requires it. Under some state laws, sharing for targeted advertising counts as “sale” or “sharing”: you can opt out at any time on Your Privacy Choices, and we honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. Customer call recordings, transcripts and your customers’ details are never shared with advertising platforms.

Calls and texts

Demo calls use an AI-generated voice and only happen after you ask for one and confirm your number. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Calls may be recorded and transcribed.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party. We use your phone number only to send the messages you agreed to.

Your choices

You can ask us to see or delete your information at any time by emailing chat@morshedworx.com. We keep records of demo-call consent as required by law.
